No Refund Policy
All purchases made on LAKAI, including subscription plans (Starter, Creator, and Pro) and credit packs, are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Why No Refunds?
LAKAI provides immediate access to AI-powered tools and credits upon purchase. Because our services are consumed instantly upon use, we are unable to offer refunds once a transaction is completed.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
Credit Packs
Credit pack purchases are one-time, non-refundable transactions. Unused credits do not expire but cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Payment Providers
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (for international/USD transactions) and Razorpay (for INR transactions in India). All transactions through both gateways are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge, please contact us at support@lakai.in with your payment details. We will investigate and resolve duplicate charges on a case-by-case basis.
